Being honest and not being too shy or making a big deal out of it seems to work pretty well. I'm partial to a lady with pretty feet, but I don't make a huge deal or fuss about it. When dating someone initially, I tell them a woman with ugly, unkept hands and feet is a turnoff and usually that is a slight clue. During foreplay, I may give her toes or arch a smooch and if she looks even remotely turned off, I know to discontinue the relationship. Its not that hard.
