It's not your job that's on the line, it's there's. They are bulling you and you need to report it. When you have that conversation with HR or your boss, stipulate that you have fears of retaliation from them. Make sure the boss understands the seriousness of this. What they are doing is bullying, and no one should ever put up with that. You shouldn't have to face that kind of crap making you feel bad and helpless.

peachygirl: actually many bugs have been fixed since launch. Slideshow was completely redone since launch. I'm only missing a couple of them and need to finish the list searching and the dupe finder which is almost done :) Must of the work happens behind the scene so most of you won't see any difference. The FAQ will be updated soon. Bugs and performance have been my priority right now. The site is running super fast and we have almost twice as much pageviews daily as we did with the old site.
