What this boils down to is you don't feel comfortable with overt nudity. So are you making too much of it...no, those are your values and no matter what I or anyone says you have to live with the consequences of your values. I think there IS an opportunity here to get more comfortable with nudity; with your own body. Maybe this relationship can be a vehicle for you to get more comfotable in your own body? Maybe run around your house/apt naked with her? Maybe do some skinny dipping? Despite this you need to also TELL her how you feel. Be real; risk telling her, when you do X it makes me feel Y.
