Like I said, bizarre for me, as I just don't get into relationships that casually, furthermore a live-in situation! But for him...it was no big deal. I get it. Society believes the man is supposed to hold all this responsibility that's too much to bare for one person man or woman. I believe a man or woman is only supposed to take care of their children and it's okay to provide for a spouse but not everything and they get to keep what they make. Relationships like that usually don't work out anyways where 1 person is doing everything. Eventually it breeds resentment or a higher ego where the person loses respect because they feel like they paid for it anyways.
